'An eco-tourism development west of Dapto on the Illawarra Coast is planned by HTT Huntley Heritage directors on a former coal mining site. A public access Greg Norman golf course, hotel, villas and conference venue are proposed. Norman enthused about the site beneath exposed sandstone cliffs, but a Planning decision to reject the housing component nearly scuttled the project. Building plans now include 62 stay-and-play lodges, a stylish clubhouse and state-of-the-art teaching facility. Flanked by HTT Huntley Heritage owners Ken Tugral and Robert Renshall, Norman inspected the first two holes marked out on the course in Jan 2013, recommending changes.'
