Jordan Spieth ready to conquer the world

Having won the Masters Tournament and the US Open as well as having broken several records is nothing new in the world of professional golf players. However, when all this is done by a 21 year old player who has gone pro just three years ago, people are interested in finding out more. The name Jordan Spieth is far from unknown in the world of golf clubs, white golf balls and beautiful green grass. Nevertheless, 2015 seems to be the year when all eyes are going to be set on this young golfer that many consider to be the new Tiger Woods.

Jordan Alexander Spieth was born on 27th of July, 1993, in Dallas, Texas. He is a charming young man whose goal is to make history. There are already quite some amazing facts related to Spieth’s impressive career. For example, he is ranked first on the PGA Money List with earnings of $8.709.838. Also, earlier this year Spieth set a new record of 26 birdies at the Masters Tournament. Additionally, he is the first WiretoWire Champion the world has seen since 1976.

Probably it’s just a matter a time when his name, which by the way is loved in Australia, will show on golf related online slot games with juicy bonuses, player reviews and magazine covers. Spieth is already considered to be the next big thing in golf and his fan base includes members from all around the globe. With his 1.85 m and 84 kg, this young and hopeful golfer leaves impression of a grown man who knows how to control himself and steadily make his way to becoming one of the greatest players in history.

Until 2009 Spieth was unknown lad who attended St. Monica Catholic School and graduated Jesuits College Preparatory School in 2011. However, when he joined Tiger Woods as the only other multiple winner of US Junior Amateur in 2009 and 2011, people suspected that he might be what he turned out to be - the new golf hero. His amateur career is pretty amazing and before turning 18 in July, 2011, he was ranked at the top in the Polo Golf Rankings, while in 2009 he was named the Rolex Junior Player of the Year by The American Junior Golf Association.

The real deal for Spieth started in 2012 when he turned professional having only 19 years. Since then, he has signed a sponsorship deal with Under Armour and BioSteel Sports. Before turning 20, he won the John Deere Classic in a three-way and became the fourth youngest PGA Tour winner. In 2014 he made his debut at The Masters and became the youngest runner-up in the tournament’s history. The chance he missed in 2013 was fixed only few months ago when Spieth won the Masters in April, 2015. He is now the second youngest person to ever win The Masters and ranked number 2 in the Official World Golf Ranking.

US Open is the second major championship Spieth has won this year. He finished with a total of 275 (-5) and stole the trophy from Dustin Johnson and Louis Oosthuizen. Those remembering Tiger’s best days might know that he was the last one to win both The Masters and The US Open back to back in 2002. Years later, Spieth is the only one who managed to do the same and join the company of four other golfers who managed to accomplish this feat. Additionally, this fan favourite golfer is the youngest winner of The US Open since Bobby Jones took the trophy back in 1923.

Currently, it seems that Jordan Spieth is on a good way of proving worthy of the high hopes everyone is having for him. He has time on his side to keep up winning and breaking records that could even earn him a place in the Hall of Fame. In the meantime, we will closely track the way his career develops and keep our fingers crossed that he won’t let everyone down.
