'Links Living recently doubled the size of the lake at Sanctuary Lakes, creating three new islands and around 300 waterfront homes. Now ten years old, over 1200 homes have been completed and 3500 residents have taken up residence. 1750 of the 2500 lots have been sold for more than $280 million. Over twelve years the economic value of the project is estimated at over $800 million. Lots are priced from below $200 for 400 sq m to $300k for 700 sq m or over $500k for 900 sq m with water frontage.'
