'Ella Bay is a $1.4 billion proposal on a 450 ha cattle property proposed by joint venturers Warren Witt and Rod Lamb north of Innisfail, North Queensland. 800 homes with golf, ocean or lagoon views are planned with perhaps two 18-hole courses, retail precincts and five-star resort accommodation in a 10 year program. The project received Commonwealth approval in late 2012.'
