Fairbairn Golf Club

Club Details

Description Easily accessible just past the Canberra airport. Originally the RAAF Base Fairbairn course which was opened in 1953 as a six hole course with voluntary labour. It’s now an 18 hole course with well-maintained grass greens, fairways defined by established trees, bunkering and water on a couple of holes. Described as a hidden gem, the course offers gentle slopes with great views from the higher points. Fairbairn is an easy walk, relaxing to play and tee times are very accessible for visiting players. Host of Legends Pro-Am each year. Soft spikes, neat casual dress. Comps Wed, Sat, Sun and pub hols.
