Large, undulating Tift Eagle greens, Greenlees Park tees and fairways lined with hundred-year-old rain trees and seasonal blooming trees, home to an abundant bird life. Fully watered course is both pleasing on the eye and an invigorating golfing test for players of all abilities. Several dog-leg holes and some testing par 3s to test even experienced players and also provides an enjoyable experience for the novice or social player. Qld’s oldest golf club and the fourth oldest in Australia, est. in 1893. Soft spikes only, neat casual dress (sports attire, collared shirt). Medley Comp. Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat, Sun, Vets Comp. Mon, Womens Comp Wed, Chook Run nine holes – 7 days a week, visitors with Golflink handicap welcome. Social play available every day. |
