| Description | Turtle Point, once hailed as a masterpiece by design, boasting natural beauty and prolific wildlife, one of Australia's most significant modern golf courses, has closed due to financial woes. The course designed by former US Open and USPGA champion David Graham and partner Garry Panks offered a true challenge as the layout meanders through native bushland and lush rainforest with the Coral Sea lapping at a number of fairways. Two further courses never eventuated. |
